My Library is a collection of products created by you and other users in your organization. You can also add products to My Library by directly copying products from the XTEN-AV library. Alternatively, products can be uploaded to My Library (not exceeding 200 products at a time) in a .xls format. You can create Line Schematics, Signal Flow Diagrams, Rack Layouts, Ceiling Speaker Layouts, and Floor Plans. These drawings are generated automatically by our AI-based algorithms, based on the project specifications entered by you.

How to raise a ticket to report a bug?
You can directly raise a ticket to report a bug using the 'Support/ Feedback' option in the left navigation menu. Enter the details of your query/ bug and click on the 'Raise Issue' button. XTEN-AV resolves all issues within 48 hours.
How to create a user account?
You can add customer account details as per your requirement. Click on the 'Add Account' button under the 'Accounts & Contacts' option from the left navigation menu. Here, you can enter the account name, email address, phone number, etc. You can also choose the 'User Group' to which you want to share this account. By default, your account will be created at the organization level, everyone in the orga
Where can I find projects shared with me?
You can view all projects shared with you by clicking on the 'Shared with me' option in the left navigation menu. Also, you can download all shared project details in .xls and .pdf formats.
Where can I find projects created by my team?
You can view all projects created by your teammates, from the dashboard, by clicking on the 'Team Projects' option.
How can I edit products saved in My Library?
Go to the product that you wish to edit in My Library and click on the "Edit' button. Edit the details of the product and save the changes. To edit the details of a product saved in the XTEN-AV library, you need to copy the product in My Library. You can then edit the product following the same steps.
Do I get access to all the features in the free trial?
Yes, the free trial offers an access to all the features available on the Business Plan. Once the trial period is over, you will have an option to pay and subscribe to the Business or Basic Plan depending on your need.
If I cancel my subscription, how long will you store my data?
If you cancel your subscription we will keep your data secure on our servers. You can re-subscribe to access your data anytime.

Go to the design in which you want to download the Bill of Material. Click on the 'Download' option below the 'Bill of Material' and select the format in which you want to download.

How to contact a Brand's representative?
To contact the brands available on XTEN-AV, select the 'Brands' option from the left navigation menu. Under the 'Sponsors' tab, click on the brand name you want to contact. Click on the contact icon to get the details of the brand's representative. Where I can view the product specification sheet?
To view product specifications, select the 'Brands' option from the left navigation menu. Under the 'Sponsors' tab, click on the brand name whose product specification you wish to view. Search for the product using the 'search bar' option and then click on the 'I' icon to view the product specification sheet.
How do I change my Organization name?
