How to add user on Azure application for XTEN-AV Platform SSO?


Before inviting a user to the XTEN-AV platform using Single Sign-On (SSO), the Superadmin must first add the user to the Azure application. Follow the steps below to add users:

Step 1: Accessing User Management in Azure:

Click on the "Users" option under the "Users" section in the Azure portal.

Step 2: Creating a New User:

Click on the "New user" option.
Select "Create New User" under the "New User" option.

Step 3: Entering User Details:

Enter the user's details under the "Basic" option and click on the "Next" option.
Under "Properties," enter the user's email along with other details and click on the "Next" option.

Step 4: Adding User to Group:

Add the user to a group under the "Assignments" option by clicking on the "Add Group" option and then click on the "Select" option.

Step 5: Reviewing User Details:

Under the "Review + Create" option, review all user details.
Ensure you copy the User Principal Name, user email, and Password from the "Review + Create" option.

Note: The Superadmin needs to share these details with the users to log in to the XTEN-AV platform.

By following these steps, the Superadmin can efficiently add users to the Azure application, enabling them to log in to the XTEN-AV platform using Single Sign-On (SSO).
