How is Closed Rate calculated?

In XPRO Service, Closed Rate is calculated by dividing the number of calls that were successfully closed as sales by the total number of opportunities, then multiplying the result by 100 to obtain a percentage.

Formula

Closed Rate (%) = (Closed Calls ÷ Total Calls) × 100
Where:

  • Closed Calls = Number of calls marked as Closed Sales (won).
  • Total Calls = Total number of calls created during the selected reporting period, including closed, open, and lost opportunities.

Example

Metric

Value

Closed Calls

20

Total Calls

50

Closed Rate = (20 ÷ 50) × 100 = 40%

This indicates that 40% of the calls were successfully converted into sales.

Notes

  • A higher Closed Rate indicates stronger conversion performance.
  • Open calls remain part of the total opportunity count until they are closed or lost.
  • Lost or cancelled calls reduce the overall Closed Rate because they increase the total opportunity count without increasing Closed Sales.
  • The metric is typically calculated for the selected reporting period and can be used to evaluate service sales effectiveness.
