How Do I Create a New Agreement in X-PRO Service?
Overview
The Agreements section in X-PRO Service allows you to create and manage service agreements for your customers.
Steps to Create a Service Agreement
- Navigate to the Main Dashboard, click on X-PRO, and then select the Service option from the menu.
- Click the + Create button. Select Service Agreement from the available options.
- Here, you can either create a new agreement or upload an existing agreement. Click on the Create a new agreement.
Enter the required agreement details, including:
- Service Project
- Agreement Name
- Choose template
- Group
- Account
- Contact
Click on the Create Service Agreement.
Once you click on it, you will be taken to a page where you can edit and update your Service Agreement according to your requirements
Similarly, you can create an Service Agreement **by navigating to the Agreements section and clicking on the **Agreements tab.
- Click the + Create button. Select Service Agreement from the available options.
