What is the complete workflow for first-time dealer pricing uploads?

In XTEN-AV, the first-time dealer pricing upload process is designed to help set up pricing data correctly so it can be used seamlessly across projects and quotations. Before starting, it is important to ensure the dealer pricing file is prepared in the supported format (.XLS or .CSV) and follows the provided template structure. If required fields or formatting guidelines are missed, the upload may fail or the data may not be processed correctly, which can delay pricing availability in the system. Proper setup at this stage ensures smooth processing and avoids issues in future pricing usage.

From the dashboard, click on the 'Settings' option, in the top-right profile area.

Once you click on it, you will find the 'Dealer Pricing' option under the 'Group setting' tab.

Choose a group to apply dealer pricing settings. You can upload your .xls/.csv file by clicking on the 'Upload your File' button.

You can download the sample file by clicking on the 'Download sample file' button below to ensure that the data is uploaded in the defined format.

Please upload the sheet on the platform using the format we have specified in the sample file, and make sure the dealer price should not contain any symbols and the uploaded file has the same headers as given in the sample file while uploading a sheet.
