How to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?
Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account with a randomly-generated, one-time password (OTP) in addition to your username and password.
- You can enable 2FA by visiting the My Account page under your profile.

- Under the Security Tab, click on the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Click on the Click here link, and it will open the password verification option where you need to enter your password can verify it by clicking on the Verify button.

- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) requires users to enter a one-time password (OTP) sent using their preferred channel (Email or Mobile SMS) in order to access your XTEN-AV account.
- To enable 2FA, You must verify that you are the owner of email and mobile by sending an OTP on each of them
Note: While entering the mobile number, make sure your number should not be linked with other XTEN-AV Account.

- Enter the OTP you received on your email address and mobile number and click on the Verify button.

- Once it is verified, click on the Enable 2FA button.

Important Notes
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is not available for Free Trial accounts.
- After enabling 2FA, an OTP will be required during every login for enhanced account security.
