How to Upload Dealer Pricing?

Overview:


The Dealer Pricing Upload feature allows users to upload product lists and dealer pricing directly from the Dealer Pricing settings. It simplifies bulk pricing updates by supporting Excel/CSV files and provides a sample template to ensure the uploaded data follows the required format.


  • From the dashboard, click on the 'Settings' option, in the top-right profile area.



  • Once you click on it, you will find the 'Dealer Pricing' option under the 'Group setting' tab.



  • Choose a group to apply dealer pricing settings. You can upload your .xls/.csv file by clicking on the 'Upload your File' button.



  • You can download the sample file by clicking on the 'Download sample file' button below to ensure that the data is uploaded in the defined format.


  • Please upload the sheet on the platform using the format we have specified in the sample file, and make sure the dealer price should not contain any symbols and the uploaded file has the same headers as given in the sample file while uploading a sheet.



Notes


  • Make sure your file follows the required format and contains the appropriate headings.
  • Upload processing time may vary depending on the size of the file
  • Required columns: Brand, Model Number, Description, MSRP (Dealer Price, Sell Price, Part Number, Internal Code, Image Link and Spec Link are optional)
  • Currency must match the selected group's currency
  • Do not include currency symbols
  • CSV or Excel files with a header row can be mapped on the next step
  • PDF files are securely forwarded to our data team for manual processing
