How to disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

Overview:


XTEN-AV allows users to disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) from their account settings. To disable it, navigate to My Account > Security under your profile and click Disable. Enter your account password to confirm the action, then click Proceed to disable 2FA.


  • You can disable 2FA by visiting the My Account page under your profile.



  • Click on the Disable button under the Security Section.



  • Enter your account password to confirm the action. Click the Proceed button to disable Two-Factor Authentication.




Important Note


  • Disabling 2FA is not advised, as it lowers the overall security of your account.
  • Once disabled, you will no longer be required to enter an OTP during login.
