How can I change the User Group?

To change a user's group in your organization, follow these steps:

Click on "Users & Groups Management" from the top-right profile area.
Once you're in the Users & Groups Management section, click on the "User" option.

Next, locate the user whose group you want to change and click on the Action button in front of their name.

Step 2

Then, select the "Change User Group" option.

From the drop-down menu, choose the group to which you want to transfer the user. Note that while changing the user group, you need to select the user whose data you want to transfer. Only Super Admins and Admins have the authority to change user groups.

Finally, click on the "Change Group" button to save your changes.

Note: This process allows you to effectively manage user groups within your organization's.
