How to Create an X-PRO Service Project Using XAVIA?

Overview

XAVIA allows you to quickly create an X-PRO Service project by guiding you through a simple conversation. Instead of manually entering project details, you can provide the required information to XAVIA, and it will automatically generate the project for you.

Steps to Create an X-PRO Service Project Using XAVIA

• From the main dashboard, click the Ask XAVIA button to open the AI assistant and begin creating your project.

• Select the option to create an X-PRO Project, or simply enter a prompt and XAVIA will automatically generate the service project for you.

• When prompted with "Would you like to create an X-PRO Project?", click Yes to proceed with the project creation process.

• After clicking Yes, a dialog box will appear. Select Service from the Project Type dropdown menu.

• Enter the required project details, including Project Name, Group, Resources, Start and End Dates, Stage, Account, and Contact, then click Create to generate the X-PRO Service Project.

• After clicking Create, XAVIA will automatically generate the Service Project and add it to your X-PRO Service Projects list.

• Click on the created project, you will be automatically redirected to the X-PRO Service Projects page, where you can view and manage your newly created project.
