How to Create a Scheduled Service Call for an X-PRO Project?
Steps to create a Scheduled Service Call.
- Navigate to the Main Dashboard, click on X-PRO, and then select the Service option from the menu.

- Open the relevant project where the Schedule service call needs to be created

- Inside the project dashboard, click the Create option and select Schedule Service Call.

- Enter all the required scheduling details, including the Service Call, Date, Start Time, End Time, Travel Time, and Assigned Resources, then click Schedule Call to create the schedule.

- From the Kanban view, you can view all the Schedule service calls.

Second method to create a scheduled service call
- From the Kanban view, navigate to the Scheduled section and click the (+) button to create a new scheduled service call.

- Provide the required information, such as: Enter issue name, Description, Choose service type, Service reason, Stage, Priority, Field user, Street address, City, State, Zipcode, and Country.
