How to create a Service agreement for a X-PRO project?

Overview

A Service Agreement allows you to define the terms, coverage, schedule, and services that will be provided to a customer as part of an X-PRO Service Project. Creating a Service Agreement helps ensure that recurring maintenance and support activities are properly managed and tracked.


Steps to create a service agreement for a X-PRO project


  • Navigate to the Main Dashboard, click on X-PRO, and then select the Service option from the menu.



  • Open the relevant project where the service agreement needs to be created



  • From the Project Dashboard, navigate to the Service Agreements section and click the + Create button in the upper-right corner to create a new service agreement.



  • Here, you can either create a new agreement or upload an existing agreement. Click on the Create a new agreement.



Enter the required agreement details, including:

  • Agreement Name
  • Choose template
  • Group
  • Account
  • Contact

Click on the Create Service Agreement



  • Once you click on it, you will be taken to a page where you can edit and update your Service Agreement according to your requirements
