How can admins assign X-PRO access to existing users?

Overview

In XTEN-AV, admins can assign X-PRO access to existing users from the user management section, allowing them to enable or update access permissions based on user roles and requirements.

• Click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner and select Users & Groups Management from the dropdown menu.

• You will be redirected to the Users tab. Locate the Addon Access option to assign X-PRO access.

• After clicking on it, click on the X-PRO Access option.

• A window will open where you can view users who currently have X-PRO access. Click on the No Access option for the required user to assign X-PRO access.

• After clicking on it, select the Field User from the dropdown.

• After selecting the role, click on the Save option to assign X-PRO access successfully.
