How can admins assign X-PRO add-on access during user invitations?

Overview

In XTEN-AV, admins can assign X-PRO add-on access during the user invitation process to ensure selected users receive advanced feature permissions from the moment they join the organization.

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen. Select Users & Groups Management.

After clicking on it, Click the Invite button.

Enter the email address of the user you want to add. Select the appropriate User Role and Group for the user.
Select the X-PRO add-on access option during the invitation setup.
Click on** Invite** to grant access with the selected add-on permissions.

The invited user will receive an email invitation to join the XTEN-AV platform. Once they accept the invitation, they will be added as a user on your account.
