Can I view historical analytics data?

Overview

Yes, X-Pro Service allows you to view past service project data and track performance over time. This helps you review completed work, technician activity, and overall service trends to make better planning and operational decisions.

• Navigate to the Analytics page in X-Pro Service. Click on the More Filters option, then select the required filters to view the historical analytics data.

• Click on the Duration to select the desired time range for viewing historical data.

• Click on All Projects to select a specific project for viewing historical analytics data, or choose Select All to include all projects.

• Click on All Technicians to select specific technicians for viewing their historical performance data, or choose Select All to include all technicians.
