What does Closed Sales mean?
Closed Sales in the XPRO Service refers to service opportunities or projects that have been successfully completed and marked as won. Once a service request, maintenance contract, support agreement, or project has been finalized and accepted by the customer, it is moved to the Closed Sales stage.
Example
If a customer accepts a proposed AV maintenance contract created through XPRO Service and the agreement is finalized, the opportunity is marked as Closed Sales. The deal is then counted as a successful sale and appears in sales reports.

Closed Sales = Service opportunities or projects that have been successfully won, finalized, and converted into confirmed customer business.
