Where can I see upcoming service calls?

Overview

Upcoming service calls in X-PRO Service allows to view all scheduled and planned service activities within a project, helping them stay informed about what work is coming next and ensuring better planning and resource management.

• Navigate to the Main Dashboard and click on X-PRO, then select the Service option from the menu.

• You will be redirected to the Projects section. Click on the required project to view the upcoming service calls.

• You will be redirected to the Overview page where upcoming service calls are displayed based on scheduled dates.

• You can also view upcoming service calls from the Calendar View, where all scheduled service calls are shown in a date-wise format for better visibility and planning.
