How do I configure Service Call Stages in X-PRO Service?
Overview
X-PRO Service allows you to configure Service Call Stages as per your need to bifurcate the service calls and make it organized and manageable.
Steps to configure Service Call Stages
- Click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the application. From the menu, select Settings.

- From the Settings section, open X-PRO Settings to access additional configuration options within the system.

- Within X-PRO Settings, locate the Service Call Stages under the Service option and expand it to display the related service configuration items.

You will see a list of all available Service Call Stages. Click on the stage name to modify it as needed.

You can update the order of the stages by using the 6-dot drag handle and dragging the stage to the desired position. Any changes made will be saved automatically, so no additional save action is required.

Once the changes have been made, navigate to the Service Call Dashboard to view and verify the updated Service Call Stages. The changes will be reflected automatically across the service call workflow.
