How do I view Open Service Calls?

Overview
The Open Service Calls section in the X-PRO Mobile App displays all service calls that have been created but have not yet been scheduled or completed. This helps you track new service requests that require action.

Steps to View Open Service Calls

• Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the X-PRO section.

• In the X-PRO section, tap the X-PRO Installation option located at the top of the screen.

• After clicking on X-PRO Installation, select the X-PRO Service tab located at the bottom of the screen.

• After selecting the X-PRO Service tab, the X-PRO Service Dashboard will be displayed.

• Tap the Calls section to view Open service calls.

• Ensure you are viewing the Open service call stage.
