How do I view Scheduled Service Calls?
Overview
The Scheduled Service Calls section in the X-PRO Mobile App displays all service calls that have been assigned a scheduled date and time. This allows you to easily track upcoming service appointments and manage your team's workload.
Steps to View Scheduled Service Calls
- Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the X-PRO section.

- In the X-PRO section, tap the X-PRO Installation option located at the top of the screen.

- After clicking on X-PRO Installation, select the X-PRO Service tab located at the bottom of the screen.

- After selecting the X-PRO Service tab, the X-PRO Service Dashboard will be displayed.

- Tap the Calls section to view service calls.

- At the top of the Calls screen, tap the Scheduled status tab. The app will display all Service Calls that are currently in the Scheduled stage.
