What is considered a completed call?
Overview
A completed call in X-PRO Service refers to a service call that has been fully executed and resolved within a project, where all required work has been finished and no further action is needed.
- Navigate to the Main Dashboard, click on X-PRO, and then select the Service option from the menu.

- Click on the Calls section to view Completed calls, where all assigned tasks have been finished and the call is marked as completed.
