What Information Is Required to Create a Service Agreement?

Overview

When creating a service agreement in X-PRO Service, you must provide several key details to ensure the agreement is properly associated with the correct project, account, and contact.


Required Information


Service Project


Select the service project that the agreement will be associated with.

  • Click the Service Project dropdown.
  • Choose an existing service project.
  • If a project does not exist, click Create Project to create a new one.


Agreement Name


Enter a unique name for the service agreement.


  • This field is mandatory.
  • The agreement name helps identify and manage the agreement within X-PRO Service.


Group


  • The group associated with the selected service project will be displayed automatically.
  • This field is populated based on the selected project.


Account


  • The customer account linked to the selected service project will be displayed.
  • This information is automatically populated from the project details.


Contact


Select the primary contact for the agreement.


  • Choose an existing contact from the dropdown list.
  • If the contact does not exist, click Create Contact to add a new contact.
