What Are the Default Service Call Reasons Available in X-PRO Service?

X-PRO Service includes a set of default Service Call Reasons to help organizations categorize and manage service requests effectively. These predefined reasons cover common service activities and provide a standardized way to classify service calls. Service Call Reasons can be selected when creating a service call and help technicians, service managers, and coordinators quickly understand the purpose of the request.

Steps To View Default Service Call Reasons
- From the Main Dashboard, click on the “Settings” option in the top-right profile area.

- You will be redirected to the Settings page. Click on X-PRO Settings. A drop-down menu will appear. Select Service Call Reasons from the Service list.

These are the default Service Call Reasons provided by the system. You can edit and customize them to suit your organization's workflow and service requirements.
