How do I add a new Service Call Reason?
Overview
Service Call Reasons help categorize and identify the purpose of a service call, such as Installation Support, Maintenance, Repair, or Troubleshooting. Adding Service Call Reasons allows your organization to standardize service requests and improve reporting and workflow management.
Steps to Add a New Service Call Reason
- Click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the application. From the menu, select Settings.

You will be redirected to the Settings page. Click on X-PRO Settings. A drop-down menu will appear. Select Service Call Reasons from the Service list.

- From the Service Call Reasons page, click the + (Add) icon to create a new Service Call Reason.

After clicking on it, an option will appear at the end of all calls, where you can enter the name of your call reason as per your requirements.
