Project Stages in X-PRO Service help teams track the progress of a project from initiation to completion. Each stage represents a specific phase in the project lifecycle, allowing project managers and team members to monitor status, organize work, and ensure projects stay on track.


What Are Project Stages?


A project stage indicates the current status of a project. As work progresses, the project can be moved through different stages to reflect its current phase. Project stages provide:


  • Visibility into project progress
  • Improved team collaboration
  • Better project tracking and reporting
  • Easier identification of active and pending work
  • A clear understanding of project status at a glance


Viewing a Project Stage


  • Navigate to the Main Dashboard, click on X-PRO, and then select the Service option from the menu.




  • Open the Projects tab. Locate the project in the project list. The current stage will be displayed in the Stage column.
