What information is available in the Project Overview dashboard?

The Project Overview dashboard provides a summary of the project's service activity and performance. The following information is available:


  • Total Calls – Displays the total number of service calls created for the project.


  • Open Calls – Shows the number of service calls that are currently open.


  • Scheduled Calls – Indicates the number of service calls that have been scheduled.


  • Completed Calls – Displays the number of service calls that have been completed.


  • Technicians – Lists the technicians assigned to the project.


  • Total Calls by Assignee – Provides a visual breakdown of service calls assigned to each technician.


  • Open Calls by Assignee – Displays the number of open service calls assigned to each technician in a graphical format.


  • Upcoming Service Calls – Shows any upcoming scheduled service calls for the project.


  • Service Stages – Provides a visual representation of service calls grouped by their current stage in the workflow.


The dashboard helps users quickly monitor project progress, technician assignments, service call status, and upcoming activities from a single location.
