How to Re-order Submittals (Spec Sheets) in X-DRAW?

Overview

In X-DRAW, re-ordering Submittals (Spec Sheets) allows to control the sequence in which product specification sheets appear in the project. This helps in organizing documents as per project requirements and ensures that the Table of Contents and Submittals section reflect the desired order.

• Go to the View Docs page of the design for which you want to manage the submittals (spec sheets).
• Hover over the Submittals (Spec Sheets) option and click on the eye icon.

• Navigate to the Submittals section, then click on the Manage Submittals option to re-order the products.

• In the Submittals Management window, locate the list of products that you want to re-order.
• Drag and drop the products to rearrange them in the desired order.

The updated sequence will be reflected in the Table of Contents and Submittals section.
