How to Download Submittals (Spec Sheets) in X-DRAW?

Overview

In X-DRAW, users can download Submittals (Spec Sheets) to save the project documentation for offline access, sharing with stakeholders, or keeping a reference copy for future use.

Step 1: Download Submittals directly from View Docs page

• Go to the View Docs page of the design for which you want to download the submittals (spec sheets).
• Scroll down to the bottom, hover over the Submittals (Spec Sheets) option, and click on the three dots ( … ) to directly download the submittals file.

There are two options available: Original PDF and Compressed PDF. Click on the option that best suits your needs. Once selected, the file will be downloaded.

Step 2: Download Submittals from the Submittals Editor Page

To download the submittals (spec sheets), hover over the Submittals (Spec Sheets) option and click on the eye icon.

• You will be redirected to the Table of Contents page of Submittals.
• Click on the Download PDF option available on the right side of the Submittals page.

• There are two options available: Original PDF and Compressed PDF. Click on the option that best suits your needs. Once selected, the file will be downloaded.
