How to upload BOM in X-DRAW design?

Overview:

The BOM Upload feature allows users to upload an existing Bill of Materials (BOM) directly into their XTEN-AV design through XAVIA. This helps users quickly populate or update the BOM without manually adding each product.

• To upload a BOM, navigate to the Search & Add Products page, where you can manage BOM items for your design, and click Upload BOM.

• The XAVIA chat will open and prompt you to upload your file.

• Once the file is uploaded, the BOM items will appear in the XAVIA chat for review. Carefully verify the items and click Yes to confirm and complete the upload. The process may take a few moments, so please be patient.

• After the upload is complete, the BOM list will be updated automatically, and you will receive a message in the XAVIA chat stating that Your BoM has been modified accordingly. Let me know if you’d like to make further changes If needed, you can continue making further changes.

Note:

• BOM files can be uploaded only in Excel, CSV, or PDF format.
