How to manage team roles and permissions during invitations?
Overview
In XTEN-AV, Super admins can manage team roles and permissions during the invitation process by assigning a specific role while sending the invite. This ensures that each user gets the correct level of access as soon as they join the organization, without requiring additional configuration after acceptance.
Click on the profile icon in the top-right corner to open the dropdown menu. From there, select Users & Groups Management.

Once you’re in the Users & Groups Management section, find and click on the Invite Users button to proceed.

A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the details of the user you’d like to invite.
From there, the admin enters the user’s email address and selects a role such as Admin or Member before sending the invite.

Once you’ve added all the users, click on the Invite button to send out the invitations.
