How are calls assigned to technicians?

Click the Menu icon in the top-left corner of the page. Then, select X-PRO, followed by Service, to open the Service module.


You will be redirected to the X-PRO Service page. From there, click on the Calls option.


A list of all service calls will be displayed in their respective stages. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the service call to which you want to assign a technician, then select Edit Service Details.


A pop-up window will appear. Scroll down slightly until you reach the Technician / Field User section, then click the field. A list of all available Technicians / Field Users will be displayed for selection.


Select the technician you want to assign, then click Update Service Call to save the changes.


Once the technician has been assigned to the service call, their initials will be displayed next to the call. A confirmation notification will also appear in the top-right corner of the screen.
