How to change Project ID and Proposal ID from default settings?

Click on the 'Settings' option, in the top-right profile area. Once you click on it, you will find the 'Project & Proposal Numbering' option under the 'Organization Settings' tab.



Here, you can change your Project and Proposal numbering. Click on the 'Update Proposal ID' and 'Project ID' to save your changes.
