How do I use the More Filter option in service analytics?

Navigate to the Main Dashboard, click on X-PRO, and then select Service from the navigation menu to access the Service module.



Once the Services page opens, click on the Analytics option. On the right-hand side of the page, you will find the More Filters option. Please click on it to access additional filtering options.



When you click on More Filters, you will find three filtering options:


  • All Projects – Select this option if you want to view analytics for a specific project.


  • All Technicians – Select this option if you want to view analytics for a specific technician who has been assigned to a service project.


  • Duration – Select this option to view analytics for a specific time period.


You can use these filters individually or in combination to narrow down the analytics data according to your requirements.
