How do I create and manage Service Call Reasons in X-PRO Service?
Service Call Reasons help categorize and identify the purpose of a service request. They provide a standardized way to classify service calls, making it easier to track, report on, and manage service activities.
Steps to configure Service Call Reasons
- Click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the application. From the menu, select Settings.

- From the Settings section, open X-PRO Settings to access additional configuration options within the system.

- Within X-PRO Settings, locate the Service Call Reasons under the Service option and expand it to display the related service configuration items.

The Service Call Reasons list is displayed on the page. To create a new Service Call Reason, click the + icon located on the right side of the Service Call Reasons page title.
A text box will appear at the bottom of the list. Enter the Service Call Reason name in the text box, then click on any white space outside the text box to save the changes.
The newly created Service Call Reason will be added to the list.

To reorder the Service Call Reasons list, click and hold the 6-dot drag icon located to the left of the Reason Name, then drag and drop the item to the desired position in the list. The new order will be saved automatically.
