How can I view assigned technicians for a project?

Overview


The assigned technicians in a project can be viewed within X-PRO Service, allowing to see which technicians are allocated to handle service calls and tasks for that specific project, ensuring clear visibility of resource assignment and team responsibility.


  • Navigate to the Main Dashboard, click on X-PRO, and then select the Service option from the menu.



  • You will be redirected to the Projects section. You can view the assigned technicians allocated to the project next to the end date.



  • Click on the Projects tab. Locate the project you would like to edit. Click the three-dot (⋮) menu in the Action column next to the Resources.




  • You can also change or update the technicians for the project by clicking on the three dots and then selecting Edit Service Project.



Under the assignee option select the technician and click on the Update button.
