How do I assign a technician to a Service Call?
Overview
You can assign a technician to a Service Call in the X-PRO Mobile App to ensure the service request is handled by the appropriate team member.
Steps to Assign a Technician
- Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the X-PRO section.

- In the X-PRO section, tap the X-PRO Installation option located at the top of the screen.

- After clicking on X-PRO Installation, select the X-PRO Service tab located at the bottom of the screen.

- After selecting the X-PRO Service tab, the X-PRO Service Dashboard will be displayed.

- Tap the Calls tab from the navigation bar, then tap the + (plus) icon to create a new service call and assign a technician.

- After tapping the + (plus) icon, fill in the required fields and select the technician you want to assign to the service call.

- After selecting the technician, tap Next, then tap Schedule Service Call to create the service call.
