How can admins resend pending invitations?
Overview
Super admin and Admins can resend pending invitations to users who have not yet accepted their invite. This is useful when the original invitation email was missed, expired, or not acted upon. Resending generates a new invitation link and notifies the user again to complete their account setup.
- Click on your profile icon located in the top-right corner and select Users & Groups Management.

- Locate the user with Pending status.
- Click on the gear icon next to the user then select Resend button.
- The user will receive a new email invitation to complete their registration.
