How can admins assign approver roles to users?

Admins can assign an Approver role to a user in XTEN-AV through the Users & Groups Management section available under the Profile option.


Please follow the steps mentioned below:


  1. From the dashboard, click the profile icon in the top-right corner. Then select User and Group Management.



  1. Click the Action button next to the user you want to assign as an approver.



  1. After clicking the Action button, select Assign Approver Role.



The Approver role can only be assigned to users with Super Admin or Admin roles.
