Can admins invite multiple users simultaneously?

Overview

Yes, admins in XTEN-AV can invite multiple users simultaneously using the bulk invite feature available in the user management section. This functionality helps streamline onboarding by allowing admins to add several team members at once, assign roles in bulk, and send invitations efficiently without adding users one by one.

Click on the profile icon in the top-right corner to open the dropdown menu. From there, select Users & Groups Management.

Once you’re in the Users & Groups Management section, find and click on the Invite Users button to proceed.

To invite multiple users at once, click on the Add Users button to include additional email addresses.

Then, repeat the process of entering the required details for each user.

Once you’ve added all the users, click on the Invite button to send out the invitations.

Note: Invited users will receive an email invitation prompting them to join the XTEN-AV platform. They will need to follow the instructions in the email to accept the invitation and create their accounts.
