Where can users view their organization’s active subscription plan details?
Objective
Users can view their organization’s active subscription plan details from the Subscription section in XTEN-AV. This section provides information about the current plan, subscription status, renewal date, user licenses, and available add-ons.
Steps to View Active Subscription Plan Details
- From the XTEN-AV dashboard, click on your profile icon located on the right side of the screen, then select the My Account option.
- Navigate to the Subscription section. The My Plan panel will display your organization’s subscription details, including:Plan NameNumber of UsersDesign LimitSubscription StatusRenewal DateRemaining Licenses
