Where can users view their organization’s active subscription plan details?

Objective

Users can view their organization’s active subscription plan details from the Subscription section in XTEN-AV. This section provides information about the current plan, subscription status, renewal date, user licenses, and available add-ons.

Steps to View Active Subscription Plan Details

From the XTEN-AV dashboard, click on your profile icon located on the right side of the screen, then select the My Account option.

Navigate to the Subscription section. The My Plan panel will display your organization’s subscription details, including:Plan NameNumber of UsersDesign LimitSubscription StatusRenewal DateRemaining Licenses
