Overview
In X-Pro Service, the Analytics section provides a consolidated view of key service performance metrics such as Closed Sales, Closed Rate, and Sales Cycle, along with a visual representation of Service Sales trends over time. It also displays Service Calls details including total, open, scheduled, and completed calls, along with a list of technicians and their associated call activities for the selected period.
This dashboard updates automatically based on real-time service project and call activity within the system.
