How to remove users from the organization?

Overview


Super admin and Admins can remove users from their XTEN-AV organization through the Users & Groups Management section. When removing a user, all projects and associated data owned by that user must be transferred to another active user within the organization to ensure continuity and data retention.


You can delete users from your organization and transfer their data to another user by following the steps below.


  1. From the dashboard, click the profile icon in the top-right corner. Then select User and Group Management.



  1. Click the Action button next to the user you want to delete.



  1. After clicking on it, select Delete from the dropdown menu.



  1. Choose the user to whom you want to transfer the deleted user’s data, and then click Transfer & Delete to confirm.



Important Notes


  • Only users with the appropriate administrative permissions can remove users from the organization.
  • Before a user is removed, their projects and associated data must be transferred to another active user.
  • Once the user is deleted, they will no longer have access to the organization or its resources.
