How to delete a service call for an X-PRO project?
Overview
If a Service Call is no longer required, you can easily remove it from your X-PRO project.
Steps to delete a service call
- Navigate to the Main Dashboard, click on X-PRO, and then select the Service option from the menu.
- Open the relevant project where the service call needs to be Deleted.
- From the Project Dashboard, navigate to the Kanban View section, click the three-dot menu next to the desired call, and select delete Service call.
When prompted, confirm the deletion to permanently remove the Service Call from the project.
