How to Create Service Calls in X-PRO Service?

Overview


Service Calls in X-PRO Service help teams track, manage, and resolve service requests associated with a project. Creating a service call allows you to assign technicians, schedule work, and monitor progress from initiation to completion.


Steps to Create a Service Call


  • Navigate to the Main Dashboard, click on X-PRO, and then select the Service option from the menu.



  • After clicking the Service tab, you will be redirected to the X-PRO Service page. From the right-hand side, click Create and then select Create Service Call.



Enter the required service call details, such as:

  • Choose service project
  • Issue name
  • Description
  • Service Labor type
  • Service reason
