How to delete a Service Agreement for an X-PRO Project?

Overview

If a Service Agreement is no longer required, X-PRO Service allows you to delete it from the associated Service Project. Deleting a Service Agreement removes it from the project and prevents any future service activities from being generated under that agreement.

Steps to delete a service agreement

• Navigate to the Main Dashboard, click on X-PRO, and then select the Service option from the menu.

• Open the relevant project where the service agreement needs to be deleted.

• From the Project Dashboard, navigate to the Service Agreements section, click the three-dot menu next to the desired agreement, and select Delete Service Agreement.

• A confirmation prompt will appear. Review the prompt carefully, then click Delete to permanently remove the service agreement.
