How to delete a Group?
Click on the "Users & Groups Management" from the top-right profile area.
Click on the action button in front of the group to which you want to delete the details under the "Group" section and click on the 'Delete' button.
While deleting the group, All data and users of Group will be migrated to your default group. Click on the 'Yes, I am sure' option to delete the group.
