How do I manage Service Call Statuses in X-PRO Service?
Navigate to the Main Dashboard, click on X-PRO, and then select Service from the navigation menu to access the Service module.

You can view all created service calls in the Calls section, where all existing calls are listed and available for review and management.

Click the three-dot menu next to the service call and select Edit Service Details to modify the call information as required.

A pop-up window will appear displaying the service call details. Scroll down to the Priority field and select the desired priority level. Once you have made the necessary changes, click the Update Service Call button to save and apply the updated priority status.

The Priority Status will be updated successfully and will be reflected on the Service Dashboard, allowing you to view the changes immediately.
