What does the Sent status mean in Agreements?
Overview
The Sent status in the Agreements section indicates that a service agreement has been successfully sent to the customer and is awaiting their review or response. Once an agreement is sent, it moves from the Draft category to the Sent category.
When Does an Agreement Have Sent Status?
An agreement will appear in the Sent category when:
- The agreement has been finalized.
- The agreement has been sent to the customer.
- The customer has not yet viewed, accepted, or declined the agreement.
What Can You Do with a Sent Agreement?
While an agreement is in Sent status, you can:
- Track that the agreement has been delivered to the customer.
- Monitor its progress through the agreement lifecycle.
- Follow up with the customer if a response has not been received.
- View agreement details and status information.
How to View Sent Agreements
- Navigate to the Main Dashboard, click on X-PRO, and then select the Service option from the menu.

- Locate the Sent column on the Agreements page. All agreements that have been sent but not yet responded to will appear in this section.
