How to Replace Product Specification Sheets in X-DRAW Submittals?

Overview

In X-DRAW Submittals, you can replace existing product specification sheets to ensure that the most up-to-date and accurate documentation is attached to each product.

Go to the View Docs page of the design for which you want to manage the submittals (spec sheets).

To manage the submittals (spec sheets), hover over the Submittals (Spec Sheets) option and click on the eye icon.

Navigate to the Submittals page, where you can replace products sheet by clicking on the Manage Submittals option.

Click on the Replace Sheet option to replace the specification sheet of your product with a new one.

Click on Upload Specs, or directly paste the product specification sheet link into the Specs Link field.

Select the required specification sheet, then click the Open button to proceed.

After uploading the specifications sheet, click on the Update button to save and apply the changes.

Once the update is complete, review the updated specification details in the Submittals Management window.
