How do I save an SOW as a template?

Overview

You can save a Scope of Work (SOW) as a template in XTEN-AV so it can be reused for future projects. This helps you quickly create new SOW documents with a consistent format without rebuilding the structure every time.

• Navigate to the project for which you want to save the Scope of Work (SOW). Hover your cursor over the SOW section and click on the Eye icon to open.

• Review the SOW carefully, and once you have completed the review, click on the “Templates” option.

• Click on the “Save as New” option to save the SOW as a new template.

• Enter the required template name, then click on “Save” to proceed.

• A confirmation pop-up will appear on the screen indicating that the template has been saved successfully.
